Purpose

This report generates the salary certificate for a specified employee in a PDFformat.

Integration

Prerequisites

You must maintain all the relevant wage types for payroll processing in the Processing Classes, Cumulations, and Evaluation Classes (V_512W_D) view.

You must also set the wage types to the relevant specifications for Wage Type Assignment for Various Letters (05) evaluation class.

Features

Selection

  • Specify a Personnel Number.
  • In the Report Exclusions section, select the Evaluate Excluded Employees checkbox, if you want the system to process the salary certificates for employees excluded from reporting.
  • Select the Direct Printcheckbox if you want the system to skip the reporting on the ALV output screen.
  • In the PDF Options section:
  • English Version- Select this option button if you want the salary details to be printed in English on the PDF document.

  • Arabic Version - Select this option button if you want the salary details to be printed in Arabic on the PDF document.

  • Logical Form Name - Specify a form name of your choice.

  • Authorized Signatory - Specify the name of a person authorized to issue the salary certificate.

Standard Variants

Output

The report generates the employee's details such as name, company code, and also the details of the various components constituting his or her gross salary on the ALVoutput. If you select the personnel number of the employee and click on the Print PDF button to generate the employee's salary certificate in PDF format.

Note that the PDF document will contain only the gross salary of the employee and not details of the various components constituting the gross salary.
