HQAPABV0 - Application for Business Visa

Purpose
You use this report to generate application forms named Business Visa Application Form. This application form is used to apply for business visa for Qatar. Applicants can be employees of your company or business visitors from other companies. They must meet the following requirements:
- Not citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)
- Not having valid residence permits or work visa issued by the Qatari government
- Not having other valid business visa issued by the Qatari government
You can run this report for more than one applicant at a time.
Integration
Prerequisites
For application forms for external visitors, you have created personnel numbers for them.
You have entered the following infotypes for business visa applicants:
- Organizational Assignment (0001)
- Personal Data (0002)
You have maintained the following infotypes for your company representative:
- Personal Data (0002)
- Personal IDs (0185)
To enter infotypes, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Personnel Management -> Administration -> HR Master Data -> Maintain.
Features
Selection
To run the report, you specify applicants and select the language version of the application forms to be generated.
If the Exclude from Legal Reporting checkbox in the Personal Data (0002) infotype is selected for an applicant, he or she is excluded from legal reporting. However, you can select the Evaluate Excluded Employees checkbox to reverse the effect.
Standard Variants
Output
In the Successfully Processed Employees list, the system displays the successfully processed applicants. You select an applicant and choose the Print PDF button. The system generates the application form for the selected applicant.
In the Selection Statistics list, the system displays an overview of the processing status, which contains the numbers of the following types of applicants:
- Selected applicants
- Applicants excluded from legal reporting
- Successfully processed applicants
- Unsuccessfully processed applicants
In the Warning Messages sublist, the system displays warning messages. In the Error Messages sublist, the system displays error messages.
Activities
To access this report on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll-> Asia/Pacific -> Qatar -> Information System -> Employee -> Ministry of Interior -> Apply Business Visa.
