HQAPAMR0 - Application for Modifying Resident Details

Purpose
You use this report to generate the application form, which requests modification of the residential information kept by the government.
The applicable people for this report are the expatriate employees who are under the sponsorship of the company.
Integration
Prerequisites
- You have maintained the Personal Data (0002) infotype.
- If you would like to conduct the action Newborn Baby, make sure you have maintained both the child's information and the relevant spouse's information in the Family Member/Dependents (0021) infotype.
Features
You can execute this report for one employee at a time.
The application form has two language versions, English and Arabic. This report enables you to print either version on demand.
Only in particular scenarios, the specific residential information can be changed upon request. You must specify the applicable scenario for change, which enables the system to retrieve the required data to fill out the form.
Selection
Form Version
In addition to the display language, the selected form version also determines the name of the relevant persons that the system retrieves from master data. That is, English names are filled in the form of English version, and Arabic names are filled in the form of Arabic version.

The fields in this group area are optional.
Application Scenario
When you specify a scenario, the fields on the form that are required to fill out for that scenario are displayed. Make your entries.
When you select the scenario Newborn Baby, you need to clearly specify the relevant child and the corresponding spouse by their identification ID registered in the system.

Application Log
If the system cannot get the required data, the messages issued during the report processing are grouped under the Selection Statistics node. You can select the Error Messages node and check these messages.
When the system gets all the required data, you can check the details by selecting the Successfully Processed Employees node. To generate the form, choose the Print PDF pushbutton.
Activities
On the SAP Easy Access screen, you can access this report by choosing Human Resources -> Payroll -> Asia/Pacific -> Qatar -> Information System -> Employee -> Ministry of Interior -> Modify Resident Details.
