Purpose
This report displays the school allowance that the government must pay to the schools for children of Qatari nationals working in the public sector, and whose own child or children attend a private school specified by the government.
The report displays the details of the payment based on the period selected.

Selection
- Period: Select the reporting period for which you want the system to display the payment details. You can choose one of the following values:
- Current period: If you select this value, the report displays the payment details for the current reporting period.
- Other period: If you select this value, the report displays the payment details for the specified reporting period from the past.
- Selection Criteria - Specify the selection criteria such as Personnel Number, Employment Status and so on.
- Additional Options- Select the school for which you want to see the payment details.
Note that, you must mandatorily specify a value in Select School ID and Company Code field. Else, the system generates an error message and stop further processing.
Standard Variants
Output
On the output screen of the report, the system displays the records that have been processed, errors, if any, and records where no payment is due.
To view the details of the processed records where a payment is due, you can use the Display Payment Due Recordsstatus. In case of errors, you can use the Error Message status to view the details.
