HQAPJTC0 - Profession Change Request

Purpose
You use this report to generate the application form used to request change of the profession of an employee on the legal reports.
Integration
Prerequisites
You have maintained the following infotypes for the specified employee:
- Personal Data (0002)
- Basic Pay (0008)
- Contract Elements (0016)
Features
According to the specified personnel number, the report gets the employee's profession for legal reporting from his or her latest record in the infotype 0002 and displays on the selection screen.
Selection
You need to manually enter the new profession, change date and the reason for change. If necessary, you can also enter the employee's salary change on the selection screen.
Standard Variants
Output
The report displays the old and new professions and salary amount that you entered on the selection screen in additional to the employee's personal data. If the information is correct, you can select the record and choose the Print PDF push button to generate the request form.
Activities
To access this report on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Asia/Pacific -> Qatar -> Information System -> Employee -> Ministry of Interior -> Request Profession Change.
