HQAPNID0 - Application for National ID or Passport

Purpose
You use this report to generate the application form to apply the personal ID or passport in Qatar or another GCC country.
This report only applies to employees who are nationals of Qatar or other GCC countries. The application form can be used in the following scenarios:
- Apply a new personal ID or passport
- Renew a personal ID or passport
- Apply a replacement due to damage
- Apply a replacement due to lost
Integration
Prerequisites
Features
You can select multiple employees when they apply for the same ID type.
The report verifies if a selected employee is applicable by the following checks:
- Check the nationality in the Personal Data (0002) infotype
- Check if the employee has a record in the Personal IDs (0185) infotype for the selected ID type
Selection
You specify the reason to generate the form.
You need to specify the ID type, and the person who would submit this application to the government.
Standard Variants
Output
The messages issued during the report processing are grouped under the Selection Statistics node.
When you select the Successfully Processed Employees node, the system displays the personal information retrieved from the infotype records, including the name, address and organization unit.
To generate the application form, you select the success record and choose the Print PDF pushbutton.
Activities
To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Asia/Pacific -> Qatar -> Information System -> Employee -> Ministry of Interior -> Apply Personal ID or Passport.
