Purpose

You use this report to generate a statistics statement that provides the information about the occupational diseases (OD) discovered among employees in your company during the past 6 months.

Integration

Prerequisites

  • You have maintained the data of each occupational disease in the occupational hazards table. You make the entry in the table using the tool Record Occupational Hazards, which can be accessed on the SAP Easy Access screen, by choosing Human Resources -> Payroll -> Asia/Pacific -> Qatar -> Settings -> Record Occupational Hazards.
  • You have maintained master data of occupational disease for each affected employee in the Occupational Hazard (3307) infotype, using the subtype 03 Occupational Disease.
  • You have also maintained master data of absence due to OD for each affected employee in the Absences (2001) infotype.

Features

The report gets the general data of each OD from the OH record table, and accumulates the total absent working hours and the numbers of employees in each treatment status.

Selection

You must specify the reporting period and the company code. If you would like to generate statements for similar occupational disease, you can enter a disease type.

Standard Variants

Output

The general data of each OD in the specified period and the accumulated numbers are displayed. To generate the statistics statement, you can select the OD records and choose the Print PDF push button.

Activities

To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Asia/Pacific -> Qatar -> Information System -> Organizational Entity -> Occupational Hazards -> Form 5: Occupational Disease Statistics.
