Purpose

This report generates the relevant social insurance forms for Qatari and non-Qatari nationals working in the private and public sector. You can use this report to generate the following forms:

  • GRSIA form (Contributor form - for Qatari nationals)
  • GCC SI Form (Extension of insurance coverage for GCC nationals form for non-Qatari nationals)

Prerequisites

You must Customize the features under Payroll Qatar -> Social Insurance -> Statutory Social Insurance Settings-> Renewed Solution:

Features

Selection

Enter the relevant selection criteria:

  • Period: Specify the period for which you want to run the report.
  • Specify other selection criteria such as Personnel Number, Company Code, Personnel Area, Personnel Sub Area, Employee Group and Employee Subgroup.
  • Select the category for which you want to generate the legal forms for social insurance. Note that Hireand Terminationcategory is relevant for Qatari nationals and non-Qatari nationals. All other categories are relevant only for Qatari nationals.
  • Specify the wage types related to the various components that the system must use while processing allowances:
  • Social Allowance- Note that the system considers the wage type that you specify here for all Qatari and non-Qatari employees. Note that by default, in the standard SAP system, the wage type configured for social allowance is M030.

  • The system considers all other wage types that you specify here corresponding to the relevant components, while processing social insurance only for non-Qatari nationals.

  • Select the Evaluate Excluded Employees check box, if you want the report to consider the employees who are excluded due to exceptions. Note that this pertains to the data that you mainatin in Personal Data (0002) infotype
  • Specify the form name that you want the system to use while generating the social insurance forms. The standard SAP forma that are available are:
  • HR_QA_HQAPPSIC- For Qatari nationals

  • HR_QA_HQAGCCSIC - For non-Qatari nationals

Standard Variants

Output

The system displays the details of the employees for whom the forms have been generated on the output screen. You can also print the form by selecting the relevant record and choosing the Printbutton.
