HQAPQAZ0 - Qatarization Report

Purpose

Qatarization refers to the national policy in Qatar to encourage employment of Qatari nationals in the private sector. The Qatar government has enacted policies to promote Qatarization. You use this report to measure the employment percentage of Qatari nationals in respective jobs in the organization.

Integration

Prerequisites

• You have maintained the Profession for Legal Reporting field in the Personal Data (0002) infotype for all employees.

• You have specified the profession codes in Customizing for Payroll: Qatar under Personnel Management -> Personnel Administration -> Define Profession Codes.

• You have entered the target percentage for employment of nationals in Customizing for Payroll: Qatar under Personnel Management -> Personnel Administration -> Set Target Percentage for Qatari Employees.

Output

The Qatarization report provides the following information:

• Number and percentages of employees per job, and split between nationals and non-nationals

• A constant for target value, for example 75%

• For nationals and non-nationals, the system reads the Profession for Legal Reporting field to obtain jobs against which the percentage of Qatari nationals employed is measured (per job).

• Give totals and totals percentage that can be compared to target (constant)
