HQAPWIS0 - Work Injury Statistics

Purpose

You use this report to generate a statistics report about the work injuries happened in your company in a specified period. Each company is required to report the statistics periodically to the government.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have maintained master data of work injury for the affected employees in the Occupational Hazards (3307) infotype.

For each work injury in the specified period, you must have already generated the Communication for Work Injury (form 2) and submitted to the government.

Features

You can determine which names of the affected employees are displayed on the generated form, English names or Arabic names.

You can choose whether to exclude the employees who are marked as Excluded from Legal Reporting in the Personal Data (0002) infotype.

Selection

You need to specify the general information about work time in your company, such as average work days or hours per month, and the shift arrangement.

You also need to specify personnel numbers of the responsible persons.

Recommendation:

Since this statistics is periodically reported, to save the specific dates, we recommend creating a variant in your first run of this report. In the future report runs, you can reuse the input data, and only change the reporting period to the current period.

Standard Variants

Output

General OH information of the employees who have records in the infotype 3307 in the specified period is displayed on the output screen. You can select the relevant employees and choose the Print PDF push button to generate the statistics report.

Activities

To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Asia/Pacific -> Qatar -> Information System -> Organizational Entity -> Occupational Hazards ->Form 3: Work Injury Statistics.
