HRULP4 - Form P-4

Purpose
You use this report to generate the P-4 or P-4 NZ forms in the required legal format. You prepare the forms at the end of the reporting period and file the forms with the State Committee for Statistics (Goskomstat).
The P-4 form contains details about the time that your employees work, and the payments that you make to your employees. The P-4 NZ form contains the data of employees including part-time, temporary employees, or shift workers.

Output
The report outputs a PDF-based form and XML file in the required legal format. Depending on your selection, it either outputs the P-4 or the P-4 NZ form.
The P-4 form contains the following data:
- Average number of employees divided into different groups, for example, employees on the payroll, contract workers, and employees concurrently-employed
- Number of hours that employees in the groups outlined above worked in the reporting period
- Level of salary-based and social-based payments that you make to your employees
- Number of days on which your employees did not work, including the reason
- Number of vacant positions in your organization
The P-4 NZ form contains the data for part-time, temporary employees, or shift workers.
Activities
The action framework has been connected to perform additional actions, such as viewing and downloading XML and PDF files. It allows you to set up the necessary activities in the client system, and to supplement them with your activities, if necessary. The configuration of the activities is done in Check/Add View Operations for Report Type P4.
Output form parameters can be customized in Parameters for Output Forms P4 and P4NZ.
