HRUUN2D0 - Display and Delete Report Runs for 2-NDFL

Purpose

You use this report to reduce the number of records related to the report that prepares form 2-NDFL.

Each time you prepare form 2-NDFL, the system records details of the report runs in a table.

You use this report to check the number of records for each report run, and if required, to delete the records for report runs.

Prerequisites

You have run the Form 2-NDFL (HRULNDFL) report at least once.

Features

Selection

To make it easier to view delete the required records for report runs, restrict the number of records that the report selects by entering selection criteria as required. For example, enter a range of dates when you ran the report or a range of the dates on the form itself.

Standard Variants

Output

The report outputs report runs of the Form 2-NDFL (HRULNDFL) report in SAP List Viewer. The output contains the details of the report runs, for example, the date and time of each run, as well as information about the organization that prepared the form during a given report run.

The No. of Records (Number of Records with Same Key) column shows the number of forms that you generated in a given report run.

To delete all records for a particular report run, select and then delete the required rows.
