HSACTMT0 - Labor Contract Termination Checking

Purpose

You use this report to generate a list of employees whose labor contracts with the public sector should be terminated because of certain reasons, however the corresponding personnel action is not taken yet.

Integration

Prerequisites

According to the specified termination reason, the report checks different data sources. Therefore the prerequisites vary as follows:

• Retirement

The report checks the employees' records in the Personal Data(0002) infotype, make sure you have correctly maintained the infotype records.

• Unqualified by Appraisal Result

The report checks the employees' latest appraisal result. You must have updated the internal table of the appraisal results.

• Not Pass Probation

The report checks the employees' assessment result for the probation period. You must have updated the internal table of the appraisal results.

• Resignation

The report checks if the selected employees have record in the Date Specification(0041) infotype with the date type Apply Resignation(SZ); make sure you have already maintained the infotype records for employees.

Features

You can generate the employee list in a group by specifying their common personnel attributes, such as personnel area, personnel subarea; or payroll attributes, such as payroll area, pay scale type; or organizational attributes, such as positions, organizational units and so on. Define the selection criteria as per your checking requirement.

You can also generate the employee list for a certain termination reasons.

Output

The hit list of the employees who meet the selection criteria and their relevant information is displayed in SAP List Viewer. You can personalize the columns for display.

You can download the hit list into your local disk, or export it as a Word or Excel file.

Activities

On the SAP Easy Accessscreen, to access this report, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Saudi Arabia -> Public Sector -> Tools -> Labor Contract Termination Check.
