Purpose

This report is used to list the positions at planned and occupied status under the new financial year.

Prerequisite

  • You have maintained the organizational unit and its positions.
  • You have maintained the following infotypes for the position:
  • Objects(1000)

  • Job Classification(1643)

  • You have maintained the following infotypes for the employee:
  • Organizational Assignment (0001)

  • Personal Data (0002)

  • Subtype National ID of infotype Personal IDs(0185)

Feature

  • Only an organizational unit can be processed each time.
  • There are three position status:
  • 'Approved Structure' indicates the position is at planned status in the system:

  • 'Approved Official Position' indicates the position is at active status but still vacant in our system.

  • 'Occupying Permanent Jobs' indicate the position is at active status and occupied by an employee.

Selection

Financial Year

You specify the new financial year. The report only processes the positions that under certain financial year.

Position Status

You specify which kind of positions can be display, approved structure, approved official positions, official employees occupying permanent jobs or all.

Personal Information

You specify if the report displays the employee's Arabic name or English name on the form.

Report Exclusions

You specify if the report evaluates those employees that are marked as excluded from legal reporting in the Personal Data (0002) infotype.

PDF Options

For reporting date, it is the date of generating this document at their correspondence system, we can default it by current date and make it available for change by user.

By default, the report uses the HR_SA_HSAPDAJ0 logical form to generate PDF Form.

Output

The system displays the application log that lists the following options:

Selection Statistics

When you select this node, the system displays the overall status of the report execution, including the error or warning messages issued, and if the report successfully gets all required information of the specified jobs for generating the form.

Successfully Processed Jobs

If the report gets all the required information, you can find it on an SAP List Viewer (ALV) list. You can select the record, and choose the Print PDF pushbutton to print out the form.
