Purpose

This report is used to list the employees within certain job grade range.

Prerequisite

  • The following infortypes for the employee have been maintained:
  • Organizational Assignment (0001)

  • Personal Data (0002)

  • The following infortypes for the positions have been maintained:
  • Object(1000)

  • Relationships(1001)

  • Job Classification (1643)

Feature

  • Specify the grade range to generate the corresponding employee list.
  • Specify the Job Type as additional filter criteria to narrow down the result set.
  • If employee’s latest monthly salary is not available, the report triggers a payroll simulation run and retrieve the corresponding salary elements.

Selection

Personal Information

You specify if the report displays the employee's Arabic name or English name on the form.

Job Classification

You specify a combination of ‘General Group’, ‘Cluster’, ‘Category’, and ‘Grade’ as the lower and upper bound of employee’s job grade. Multiple-selection is allowed.

Position Types

You specify the position types as additional selection criteria.

  • On Duty: the employee is active. (the position is occupied by active employee)
  • Official multiple permanent jobs: the type of employee’s position is permanent.
  • Both checked: the employee is active and the type of his/her position is permanent.
  • Both unchecked: no additional filter criteria are applied. The report list all employee records within corresponding grade range.

Payroll Schema for Simulation

If the payroll result doesn't exist for the employee, e.g., new hired employees in the current month, a payroll simulation run will be triggered with the schema specified here. By default, it is 'SAU0'.

Report Exclusions

You specify if the report evaluates those employees that are marked as excluded from legal reporting in the Personal Data (0002) infotype.

PDF Options

Reporting Date is the date of generating this report in corresponding system. It uses current system date by default, and can be manually changed by user.

By default, the report uses the HR_SA_HSAPELG0 logical form to generate PDF Form.

Output

The system displays the application log that lists the following options:

Selection Statistics

When you select this node, the system displays the overall status of the report execution, including the error or warning messages issued, and if the report successfully gets all required information of the specified employees for generating the form.

Successfully Processed Employees

If the report gets all the required information, you can find it on an SAP List Viewer (ALV) list. You can select the record, and choose the Print PDF pushbutton to print out the form.
