HSAPELS0 - Employee Vacations Summary

Purpose
This report is used to summarize the details of employee's vacations which he/she has taken during the service duration(from hiring date).
The summarization on total entitlements, total consumed and total balance, will also be calculated for different period.
Prerequisite
- You have maintained the positions and organization unit.
- You have maintained the following infotypes for the employee:
- Organizational Assignment (0001)
- Personal Data (0002)
- Absence (2010)
- You have maintained the following infotypes for the position:
- Objects(1000)
- Job Classification(1643)
Feature
- Only the employee who has left the company can be processed. The report will summarize the details of employee vacations during his/her whole service duration from hiring date to end date of service.
- In the ALV and PDF form, the report also displays personnel information of the employee, including job details, service duration (service start date and service end date).

You specify if the report displays the employee's Arabic name or English name on the form.
Output
The system displays the application log that lists the following options:
Selection Statistics
When you select this node, the system displays the overall status of the report execution, including the error or warning messages issued, and if the report successfully gets all required information of the specified employees for generating the form.
Successfully Processed Jobs
If the report gets all the required information, you can find it on an SAP List Viewer (ALV) list. You can select the record, and choose the Print PDF pushbutton to print out the form.
