Standard Variants
Output
The layout of the report output is as follows:
Output for HRPBSSAEPP_APR_MS
Output Node | Description |
---|---|
Selection Statistics | Selected by default, this node provides an overview of the report results. |
List of Vacant Positions | Shows the positions that are vacant, based on the rank range that you have specified. |
Shortlisted Positions | Provides a detailed breakdown of the report results. Five columns, Personnel Number, Employee Name, Org. Unit, Position, and Rank, are always displayed. |
In addition to the above-mentioned five columns, based on the promotion rule entered in the selection screen, the output contains two columns for each condition contained within the promotion rule. The second of the two columns shows the promotion points that an employee has earned for meeting that particular promotion condition. | |
The visibility of the additional columns depends on your implementation of BAdI Promotion Condition Check and Points Calculation. For details, see the "Method Parameters" section of the BAdI documentation. |
