Purpose

The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) is the social insurance instate of Kingdom Saudi Arabia, which defines a set of contributions to be made to the SI institute by both the employer and the employee.

In accordance with the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) regulations, employees are subject to GOSI under the following conditions:

  • Employee should be on the payroll of a Saudi organization
  • Expatriate employees should hold an Iqama (resident permit) under the sponsorship of a Saudi organization

You use this report to generate the Settlement of GOSI Contributions form on a monthly basis. You print a form for each GOSI office.

You submit this form to GOSI authorities to report on the number of new and terminated employees who are registered at the given GOSI office and the monthly wages of these employees.

Integration

Prerequisites

  • You have defined GOSI offices in Customizing for Payroll Saudi Arabia, under Social Insurance -> Define GOSI Offices.
  • You have assigned the relevant employees to the GOSI offices in the Social Insurance SA(3252) infotype.
  • The sponsor ID for the relevant employees should be maintained in Personal Data (0002) infotype.
  • Payroll calculation has been run for the selected employees.

NOTE: The form is generated and can be printed even if the sponsor ID in infotype 0002 is not maintained or payroll calculation has not been executed. The respective fields in the form will be empty and the fact that information is missing is listed in the person-specific messages

The report outputs the results in PDF form, which you can print directly through the print spool.

The report also displays the application log that shows the detailed information of the final results.
