Purpose

You use this report to generate Form No. 55 for employees whose civil registry information has changed. You need to submit the forms to Saudi Ministry of Interior to inform the ministry of the relevant changes.

The report reads employees' civil registry record data from the Personal IDs(0185) infotype (subtype RR, Civil Registry Record), and detects if the data has changed during a selected period.

Integration

Prerequisites

The relevant employees are Saudi nationals (information maintained in Personal Data (0002)infotype).

The HR administrator has maintained for an employee the following subtypes of the Personal IDs (0185) infotype:

  • National ID (NI)
  • Civil Registry (CR)
  • Civil Registry Record (RR).

Features

Selection

Personnel Number

You can generate Form 55 for only one employee at a time.

Personal Information

You specify if the report outputs employees' Arabic names or English names on the forms.

Change Basis Document Information

You fill out all these fields in this section according to the document that is provided by the employee. Information about this document will be printed out on the Form 55.

Report Exclusions

You specify if the report evaluates those employees that are marked as excluded from legal reporting in the Personal Data (0002) infotype.

PDF Options

When you start the report, the system fills the default value, HR_SA_HSAPICF0, in the Logical Form Name field. It is the default PDF form format that corresponds to the layout of Form No. 55.

Standard Variants

Output

The system displays a processing log that lists the successfully processed employees. To view and print the generated forms for these employees, choose the Successfully Processed Employees node in the log. The system then shows the change details of civil registry in an SAP List Viewer (ALV) list. From the list, you can print the generated forms with the change information.

The system also displays the selection statistics of the report in an ALV list, which includes the number of selected employees, the number of successfully processed employees, and the errors or warnings that occur during report execution.
