Purpose

This report is used to list all positions under particular financial year with Approved (Occupied) and Approved (Vacant) status as per department.

Prerequisite

You have maintained the following infotype(s) for the position:

  • Object(1000)
  • Relationships(1001)

Feature

  • User can specify departments (multiple-selection allowed) to get the statistics of vacant and occupied positions, grouped by top organization name of those departments.
  • The report provides the number of (vacant, occupied, total) positions for each section in every single department, and calculates the grand total number of (vacant, occupied, total) positions for each top organization.

Selection

Financial Year

Specify the financial year. The default value is current system year, from April 1st to Mar 31st next year. The date can be changed on your own need.

The report only processes positions within the specified financial year.

PDF Options

Reporting Date is the date of generating this report in corresponding system. It uses current system date by default, and can be changed by user.

By default, the report uses the HR_SA_HSAPLAJ0 logical form to generate PDF Form.

Output

The system displays the application log that lists the following options:

Selection Statistics

When you select this node, the system displays the overall status of the report execution, including the error or warning messages issued, and if the report successfully gets all required information of the specified employees for generating the form.

Successfully Processed Jobs

If the report gets all the required information, you can find it on an SAP List Viewer (ALV) list. You can select the record, and choose the Print PDF pushbutton to print out the form.
