Purpose

This report is used to list the discharged employees (terminates, resigned, retired, etc.) during the selected period.

Prerequisite

  • You have maintained the following infotype(s) for the employee:
  • Actions(0000)

  • Organizational Assignment (0001)

  • Personal Data (0002)

  • You have maintained the following infotype(s) for the position:
  • Object(1000)

  • Relationships(1001)

  • Job Classification (1643)

Feature

  • The report generates a list of employees with the employment status ‘inactive’, ‘retiree’ or ‘withdraw’ during the selected period.
  • User can choose particular employment status on the form, via selection criteria.
  • If user does not identify employment status in selection criteria, the report lists all employees with all three 'Terminated' statuses.

Selection

Personal Information

You specify if the report displays the employee's Arabic name or English name on the form.

Report Exclusions

You specify if the report evaluates those employees that are marked as excluded from legal reporting in the Personal Data (0002) infotype.

PDF Options

Reporting Date is the date of generating this report in corresponding system. It uses current system date by default, and can be manually changed by user.

By default, the report uses the HR_SA_HSAPLTE0 logical form to generate PDF Form.

Output

The system displays the application log that lists the following options:

Selection Statistics

When you select this node, the system displays the overall status of the report execution, including the error or warning messages issued, and if the report successfully gets all required information of the specified employees for generating the form.

Successfully Processed Employees

If the report gets all the required information, you can find it on an SAP List Viewer (ALV) list. You can select the record, and choose the Print PDF pushbutton to print out the form.
