Purpose

You use this report to generate forms used to request various types of official documents for an employee in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The employer sponsoring the employee sends this form to the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • The report can generate forms to request the following services:
  • Issue, renewal, or replacement of an employee’s Iqama
  • Issue of a travel visa for single, multiple, or final exit from the country
  • Transfer the sponsorship of an employee from the previous employer to the new one
  • Adding a new dependent to the employee’s Iqama
  • Transfer the Iqama data to the employee’s new passport in case the old one has been replaced

You can create the form for one personnel number.

Integration

Prerequisites

  • You have maintained the sponsor data for the employer in Customizing for Payroll Saudi Arabia, under Personnel Management-> Personnel Administration-> Define Sponsor Data.
  • You have maintained data in the following infotypes:
  • Actions (0000) infotype

  • Organizational Assignment(0001) infotype

  • Personal Data(0002) infotype

  • Family Member/Dependents(0021) infotype

  • Personal IDs(0185) infotype

Features

When you run the report, in addition to the data you entered on the selection screen, the report also reads data from the infotypes listed above.

Selection

On the selection screen, you select the type of service that you request and enter other data as required. Depending on the request type that you select, different fields are available on the selection screen.

Standard Variants

Output

The report generates the form in PDF format; you can print it out directly through the print spool.

The generated PDF form is printed in an official format that complies with the legal requirements.
