SAP GUI Path

Human Resources → Payroll → Asia/Pacific → Saudi Arabia → Information System → Other Government Forms → Report Absent Employees to Passport Office

Purpose

When a non-Saudi employee is absent from work without informing the company for 15 days, the employer needs to report this fact to the passport office, a department in the Ministry of Interior.

You use this report to generate the notification.

Integration

Prerequisites

  • You have defined the reasons for reporting in Customizing for Payroll: Saudi Arabia, under Reporting -> Define Reporting Reasons.
  • You have set the mapping between the reporting reasons with the predefined action reasons in Customizing for Payroll: Saudi Arabia, under Reporting -> Map Reporting Reason with Action Reason.
  • You have defined the reasons for reporting in the personnel action Separation for the relevant employees under the action reason Escape (S2).

Features

  • You can generate the notification for only one employee at a time.
  • By default, the report only applies to the employees with current action reason Escape.

Selection

Personal Information

You decide in which language the employee’s name is displayed on the printed notification, English or Arabic.

Report Exclusions

You can generate notifications for employees who are marked as excluded for legal reporting in master data.

Standard Variants

Output

The system displays the application log that lists the following options:

  • When you select the node Selection Statistics, the system displays the overall status of the report execution, such as the error or warning messages issued, or whether or not the employee is successfully processed.
  • When the selected employee is successfully processed, select the node Successfully Processed Employees, where the system displays the required personal information of both the missing employee and the reporter on an SAP List Viewer(ALV) list. You can choose the Print PDFpushbutton to print out the notification.
