HSAPPAG0 - Request for Aggregation of Contribution Period

Purpose
You use this report to generate the form Request for Aggregation of Contribution Periodto request the Public Pension Agency (PPA) to accumulate the employee's previous service periods also as pension contribution period, so as to amend the employee's pension payment on retirement.
Once you have received the verification result to the request from PPA, you can use this report to update the corresponding application status in the Previous Employers SA(3311) infotype.
Integration
Prerequisites
To create the application request form, you must have maintained employees' previous working periods in the Previous Employers SA(3311) infotype.
To update infotype, you must have already received the verification results from PPA.
Features
You can process only one employee at a time.
Selection
For employees who are marked as Excluded from Legal Reporting in the Personal Data (0002) infotype, you can still process them using this report.
You can decide which set of employee names is displayed on the printed form, their English names or Arabic names.
Operation
You decide which function to use:
- Apply for Service Amendment: Generate the application request form
- Note: The application status of the selected employee must be New or Pending.
- Update Infotype: Update the application status in the infotype 3311 according to the verification result
- Note: The application status of the selected employee must be Pending.
Standard Variants
Output
The general information of the report execution is displayed. During the report execution, the system performs checks according to requirements from PPA for contribution period aggregation. If the employee's record cannot meet the requirement, an error message is issued.
When you select the Successfully Processed Employee, the system displays all the valid infotype records of the selected employee in the Previous Employer SA (3311) infotype, that is, the records with the correct application status. You perform differently according to the operation option you select on the selection screen:
- Apply for Service Amendment
- You select the relevant record, and choose Print PDF. If the application status of the record is 0 (New), you will be informed that the status is going to be changed to 1 (Pending). After confirming the status change, you can print out the PDF form.
- Update Infotype
- The application status is modifiable. According to the verification result, you can set the status to 2 (Approved) or 3 (Rejected).
Activities
On the SAP Easy Accessscreen, to access this report, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Saudi Arabia -> Public Sector -> Reporting -> Pension -> Request for Aggregation of Contribution Period.
