HSAPPPB0 - Request Generation for Pension Payment

Purpose

You use this report to generate a form for reporting the selected employees' status change to the labor office. For example, when an employee is retired, or when the sponsorship for a non-Saudi employee is transferred. The labor office needs to record such changes in their own computer system.

Integration

Prerequisites

• You have executed a personnel action on the selected employees. The action terminates the employee's contract for a certain reason.

• You have maintained the Pension KSA PS(3320) infotype for the selected employees.

Features

You can generate the request forms for multiple employees at a time.

Selection

You specify which set of employees' names are displayed on the generated forms, their English names or Arabic names.

For the employees who are marked as Excluded from Legal Reporting, you can determine whether or not to exclude them from report processing.

Standard Variants

Output

The Selection Statisticsin the application log is selected by default, from which you know the overall status of this report execution. By checking the number of employees in the following category, you can perform corresponding actions:

Successfully Processed Employees

You can choose the Successfully Processed Employeesnode, select the employees for whom you want to print the request forms, and choose the Print PDFbutton.

Excluded Employees

If you have not selected the Evaluate Excluded Employeescheckbox on the selection screen, the reports excludes the employees who are marked as Excluded from Legal Reportingin the Personal Data(0002) infotype. These employees are listed in this category.

Unsuccessfully Processed Employees

You can select the Error Messagesnode to check the reasons why these employees cannot be correctly processed.

Activities

On the SAP Easy Accessscreen, to access this report, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Saudi Arabia -> Public Sector -> Reporting -> Request Generation for Pension Payment.
