Purpose

Saudization refers to the national policy in Saudi Arabia to encourage employment of Saudi nationals in the private sector. The Saudi government has enacted policies to promote Saudization. You use this report to measure the employment percentage of Saudi nationals in respective jobs in the organization.

Integration

Prerequisites

  • You have specified the profession codes in Customizing for Payroll Saudi Arabia under Personnel Management -> Personnel Administration -> Define Profession Codes.
  • You have entered the target percentage for employment of nationals in Customizing for Payroll Saudi Arabia under Personnel Management -> Personnel Administration -> Specify Target Percentage for Employment of Nationals.
  • You have maintained the Profession for Legal Reportingfield in the Personal Data (0002) infotype for all employees.

Output

The Saudization report provides the following information:

  • Number and percentages of employees per job, and split between nationals and non-nationals
  • A constant for target value, for example 75%
  • For nationals and non-nationals, the system reads the Profession for legal reportingfield to obtain jobs against which the percentage of Saudi nationals employed is measured (per job).
  • Give totals and totals percentage that can be compared to target (constant)
