HSAPSAZ1 - Nitaqat Program (Saudization Report New)

Purpose
Saudization refers to the national policy in Saudi Arabia to encourage employment of Saudi and GCC nationals in the private sector. The Saudi government has enacted policies to promote Saudization. You use this report to measure the employment percentage of nationals and non-nationals in respective jobs in the organization, per the requirements of the Nitaqat law.
Integration
Prerequisites
- You have maintained the Profession for Legal Reportingfield in the Personal Data (0002) infotype for all employees.
- You have specified the profession codes in Customizing for Payroll Saudi Arabia under Personnel Management -> Personnel Administration -> Define Profession Codes.
- You have completed the activities that are found in the following path: Customizing for Payroll Saudi Arabia under Personnel Management -> Personnel Administration -> Saudization.

Output
The Saudization report in accordance with Nitaqat requirements provides the following information:
- Number of employees per job, split between nationals and non-nationals
- A constant for target value, for example 75%
- For nationals and non-nationals, the system reads the Profession for legal reportingfield to obtain jobs against which the number of nationals employed is measured (per job).
- Give totals and totals percentage that can be compared to target (constant)
