Purpose

You use this report to list employees and their dependents with expired travel documentation or documentation that expires in the near future. With the information that the report outputs, you can initiate the renewal or application process for employees and their dependents before their travel documentation expires..

Integration

Prerequisites

The report reads data from Family Member/ Dependents(0021) infotype and Personal IDs(0185) infotype, including the validity end-date of the maintained travel documents.

Features

You can run the report in the background.

Selection

Standard Variants

Output

The report displays all employees with expired travel documents and travel documents expiring in the period up to the date specified in the selection criteria of the report. The report outputs the data in ALV list and you can export the data to the local file.

The report also provides you with the following messages based on the different situations:

• If the document has already expired, message shows Expired.

• If the document expires after current date and before end of this month; message shows Expires in current month.

• If the document expires in the next month; message shows Expires next month.

• If the document expiry date is after the end of next month and before the selected date in report selection criteria; message shows Expires before selection date.
