Purpose

You use this report to generate Worker Movement forms or Form No. 3 for your employees. You create the legal forms to register new employees with General Organization of Social Insurance (GOSI) or terminate the employees' social insurance registry at GOSI when they leave the company.

Integration

Prerequisites

  • You have defined the wage types that store an employee's basic pay and allowances in Customizing for Payroll: Saudi Arabia under Reporting -> Define Wage Type Groups for Legal Reporting.
  • You have entered the social insurance information in the Social Insurance SA (3252) infotype.
  • You have specified the sponsor ID of the employee's previous employer in the Previous Sponsor SA (3311) infotype.
  • You have run the payroll calculation for the selected employees. The report needs to access the employee's monthly salary from his or her last payroll results and produce the amount in the form.

Features

To generate the request forms, the report reads the master data of the selected employees from the following infotypes:

  • Actions (0000)
  • Organizational Assignment (0001)
  • Personal Data (0002)
  • Additional Personal Info SA (3258)
  • Personal IDs (0185)
  • Social Insurance SA (3252)
  • Previous Employers SA(3311)

The report can generate three types of Worker Movement forms:

  • Joining of Unregistered Worker
You create this form for new employees who have not registered with GOSI and therefore do not have a GOSI number in the Social Insurance SA (3252) infotype.
  • Joining of Registered Worker
You create this form for new employees who have registered with GOSI via their previous employers. These employees should already have a GOSI number recorded in the Social Insurance SA (3252) infotype.
  • Exit of Registered Worker
You create this form for the employees, when they are leaving the company, to terminate their registration with GOSI.

Selection

Reporting Period

To generate the Exit of Registered Worker form for a selected employee, you must enter a reporting period that covers the date when the employment is terminated.

Personal Information

You specify if the report displays employees' Arabic names or English names on the forms.

Payroll Schema

You must enter the payroll schema you use to perform payroll calculation. If a selected employee does not have any payroll results, the report uses the payroll schema to simulate a payroll run and produces the salary information in the form.

Report Exclusions

You specify if the report evaluates those employees that are marked as excluded from legal reporting in the Personal Data (0002) infotype.

PDF Options

When you start the report, the system fills the default value (HR_SA_HSAPWJE0) in the Logical Form Name field. It is the default PDF form format that corresponds to the layout of Form No. 3.

Standard Variants

Output

The system displays the processing log in an SAP List Viewer (ALV) list. The log lists the successfully processed employees and the report selection statistics.

To view and print the generated forms, choose the Successfully Processed Employees node in the log. The system then shows the basic information of the employees, such as name and nationality. You can select one or more employees to print out the generated Form No.3.

The system also displays the selection statistics of the report, which includes the number of selected employees, the number of successfully processed employees, and the errors or warnings that occur during report execution.
