Overview of Cumulative Totals for Labor-Law Averages

Requirements

The report processes periods entered using the parameters
"Quarter of cumulative totals" and "Year of cumulative totals". From the payroll results, the report loads
values from which the labour-law averages are calculated
and listed. At the same time, the expected value of the average is calculated. The actual
value of the average is determined during the first month calculation in the quarter.

Output

If the checkbox "Overview of quarter cumulative totals" is not selected, one record

will be displayed for each employee. If the checkbox is selected, the cumulative

totals will be displayed according to the individual months. If a remuneration occured in the given month and

it should be included in the period with its part only then the amount

of the included part and number of the periods to be included are listed.

In 3.0 release, it is recommended to use the M227 model and the matching

/T42 technical wage type for the wage types with long-term budget.

For this model and for the /T40 (22D release) as well, the report displays long-term budgets

correctly. However, it is not possible to assign correctly the wage type /T41 of 22D release

to a month of the quarter (it exists with the same values in the fields

R, N, A in each month of the quarter and it is not possible to distinguish when it was included really),

therefore it is assumed that is was included in the first month of the quarter.

Accordingly when using /T41, the report correctness can be ensured except for the quarter only

in which the wage types with the long-term budget were entered.
