Description

List of absences with effect on leave reduction.

Requirements

Report processes:

- the newest payroll results of months, that belong to entered year
Table AB is being processed - payroll absences. List of
absences can be limited by input parameter.
- infotype 0005 - records with the same year of leave (data URLJJ)
Only leave types permitted by input parameter are processed
- infotype 0083 - record with validity 31.12. of entered year and all

lines in it with the same leave year and leave type

Input parameter Personell number must be always selected.

Output

List of employees with individual leave types is displayed.
"Absence" means the total number of non-working days.
"Claim" - leave claim from infotype 5
"Total reduction" - how should be the leave reduction
"Entered reduction" - reduction value from infotype 0083 valid to 31.12.
"Reduce" - proposed increase of leave reduction (to IT 0083)
