HSKTABS1 - Pension time

Purpose

Program HSKTABS1 is used for absences list regarding to support period.

Input parameter "WI scheduling" allows work incapacity overview list.

Parameter "Incl. WI out of curr.period" allows to include also employees into list, who did not have ani work incapacity in processing period. In case, if this parameter is not marked, only employees, who have work incapacity during processing period, are included in the overview.

By marking the parameter "Incl.records IT0033 after entry." also absence records from IT0033 and entered subtype are included in the support period calculation. Work incapacities are recorded in this infotype, that are not recorded in infotype 2001. (Is used by going to new IT system.)

By parameter "End of PD for ended WI" it is possible to display end date of support period also for work incapacity, that is ended during processing period. If this parameter is not marked, end date of support period is displayed only for work incapacity valid to the last day of processing period.

By entering the valuer into parameter "Subtype IT0019 for prolong.PD", special column with date from IT0019 is added to the list, by which a support period was individually determined (its end). It is used in case of commissional decision about individual support period extension.
