HSKU558A - Reading data to T558A from local file

Report allows you to import and delete data of table T558A.

Report retrieves records of wage types from the file type CSV, using the following structure (the file contains also the column headings):

PERNR;PERIOD;WTYP;RTE;NUM;AMT

00310020;042014;/201;12,34;20,4;401

Uusing the report records can be downloaded to wage type/201 for the calculation of the daily assessment base for income replacement if the system does not contain data for all periods accounted for. (Data from T558 are read for the calculation of the daily assessment base in the wage bill.)

Report allows also the deletion of records from table T558.

It is possible to specify the selection using a range of personal numbers (all wage types for the selected personal number will be deleted), or you can specify a range of wage types (all personal numbers for the selected wage types will be deleted).

In case no extent of the deletion is specified, all records of the table will be deleted.

When deleting, the CSV file must be empty (otherwise the table T558 will be also updated).

Deletion runs only if the field Password for the deletion contains a specified user that handles the report.
