Program HSKURTT0 is used to rename reports in reporting trees from
old nominal convention to new one.

Searches entries in tables SREPOCNTR,SREPOLIST,SREPORTEXT,
SREPOUSER,SREPOVARI and changes report names beginning with characters 'RP'
and with 'Y' on the seventh position.

Program renames reports in field REPORT in all tables and
field EXTDREPORT in all tables outside SREPOCNTR.
