HTWLNC00 - Delimit IT0354, IT0355, and IT0818 record when T7TW1B is changed

Purpose

You use this report to update employees' contribution classes in the following infotypes:

• Labor Insurance (TW)) (0354)

• National Health Insurance (TW) (0355)

• New Pension (TW) (0818)

The report generates a batch input session for the selected employees. You can process the session to adjust the contribution classes for all affected employees.

Integration

Prerequisites

• You have updated the Insurance Amount Category table. You can update Labor Insurance (LI), National Health Insurance (NHI), New Pension (NP) data in Customizing for LI, NHI, and NP Amount Categories:

• LI
  Payroll → Payroll Taiwan → Labor Insurance (LI) → Master Data → Define LI Amount Category

• NHI
  Payroll → Payroll Taiwan → National Health Insurance (NHI) → Master Data → Define NHI Amount Category

• NP
  Payroll → Payroll Taiwan → New Pension (NP) → Master Data → Define NP Amount Category

• LI, NHI, and NP information for each employee is accurate.

• You have specified LI Minimum Amount for Adult (LIMIN) and NHI Minimum Amount for Adult (NHIMN) in the International Payroll Constants table.

Selection

Modification Date

You can only enter a date when new LI, NHI, or NP classification regulations take effect, for example, January 01, 2011. The report generates a batch input session only for the employee records that exist before the specified modification date.

Test

Select the Test checkbox to indicate that it is a test run. No system data is changed as the result of a test run.

Standard Variants

Output

The system displays an overview list of the employees whose LI, NHI, or NP need to be refreshed. From the list you have the following navigation options:

• To open the complete list, choose the List pushbutton. The complete list displays more details, for example contribution classes and amounts before and after adjustment.

• To drill down to particular types of contributions, such as LI, choose the Display Detailspushbutton next to the grouping of employees whose LI contribution classes need to be updated.

You can create the batch input session either from the overview list or the detailed list by choosing the Create Batch pushbutton in the list menu. To execute class updates, select the batch input session and process it for the affected employees.

Error or warning messages that pop up during report execution are also listed among the report results. To find out why the error or warning occurs, choose the Display Details pushbutton next to the messages.

Note

For a report test run, you need to switch from the Test to Create Batch status before you can generate the batch input session.

Activities

To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources → Payroll → Asia/Pacific → Taiwan→ Subsequent Activities → Other Periods → Reporting → Update LI/NHI/NI Infotype → From new class table.
