Purpose

You use this report to print out the reverse side of the Sickness Certificate, which proves that an employee's sick leaves comply with the legal regulations.

The report queries the selected employees' master data and payroll result for the sickness-related information to fill out the required fields and generates a PDF-based print form.

Integration

The report prints the organizational information on the certificate. If you have activated the Legal Properties (1656) infotype in your company, this report retrieves such information from the infotype 1656.

You can determine if using the infotype 1656 in Customizing for Payroll Ukraine, under Reporting -> Personnel Administration -> Sickness Certificate Reporting -> Activate/Deactivate Legal Properties (1656) Infotype.

Note
When you activated the infotype 1656, you must use the default grouping reason UAER.

Prerequisites

  • The report uses the Data Field Acquisition (DAQ) technology to generate PDF-based print forms. You can modify the standard form UASL in Customizing for Payroll Ukraine, under Personnel Administration -> Sickness Certificate Reporting -> Set Up DAQ Subapplication UASL. You can also create your own forms under Reporting -> DAQ: Data Field Acquisition in Forms -> Define Forms.
  • In Customizing for Payroll Ukraine, under Reporting -> Personnel Administration -> Sickness Certificate Reporting -> Assign Wage Types to Wage Type Codes, you have determined the wage types for printing and assigned them to the wage type codes that start with "SIL".
Note
Those wage type codes starting with "SIL" are mandatory. You must maintain all of them.
You can find all such wage type codes in Customizing for Payroll Ukraine, under Reporting -> Payroll -> Wage Type Codes -> Define Wage Type Codes.
  • You have set up the report to read the data that the form requires in Customizing for Payroll Ukraine, under Reporting -> Personnel Administration -> Sickness Certificate Reporting.

Features

Depending on if the infotype 1656 is activated, this report retrieves employee's organizational information from different data sources:

  • When the infotype 1656 is activated: print out the organizational information saved in the infotype 1656.
  • When the infotype 1656 is deactivated: print out the organizational information entered by the user manually on the selection screen.

Selection

Periods

You use the Data Selection Period field to determine the period of the master data that the report will read, that is, the period when a sickness happened. You use the Payroll Period section to determine the payroll result that the report will use. The two periods can be different.

Activating/Deactivating Infotype 1656

By default, use of the infotype 1656 is activated, and the Grouping section is available on the selection screen. You must use the default grouping reason UAER. When you deactivate use of the infotype 1656, the Organization Name field is visible on the selection screen, while the Grouping section is hidden.

In both cases, you must fill all fields in the Signers section manually.

To access this report on the SAP Easy Access screen, navigate the SAP Menu by Human Resources -> Payroll -> Europe -> Ukraine -> Reporting -> Personnel Administration -> Print Sickness Certificate.
