Description

This report creates the payroll account using the existing payroll results as a basis.

The structure of a payroll account consists of four individual "forms":

• Page header

A page header is printed at the beginning of each printed page.

• Employee excerpts

Employee excerpts are printed on the "detail page" when the individual payroll results are displayed.

• Continuation excerpts

If a page break occurs when the employee excerpts are printed, then this form is printed on a new page before the rest of the employee excerpt is printed.

• Totals display

The totals are printed once on the totals page after the page header is printed. Consequently, on the totals page, this form takes on the analog role for the employee excerpts on the detail page.

You can choose the structure of the wage account.

To start the program you must answer the three questions displayed on the selection screen:

• Which special run or period is to be evaluated ?
  Select either "Special run" or "Period determination".

• Which employee(s) is(are) to be evaluated ?
  Make entries in the additional fields in the standard selection screen (for example, "Personnel number")

• How should the evaluation results be structured ?
  Entries must be made for the report-specific parameters. Please note that all four forms must be defined independent of the parameter settings for the report.

Output

Depending on how the parameters are set on the selection screen, totals can be formed and displayed via the individually displayed employee excerpts.

Caution:

The output list cannot be used as a base for reconciliation with FI/CO data !
