Purpose

You use this report to prepare income tax calculation in the format that the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (STAU) requires.

Integration

Prerequisites

  • You have entered the contact information that you need in your forms for the company and the reporting organizations in the Legal Properties (1656) infotype.
  • You have set up the report to read the data that the form requires in Customizing for Payroll Ukraine, under Reporting → Payroll → Income Tax Reporting.
  • You have made the settings for wage type codes in Customizing for Payroll Ukraine, under Reporting → Payroll → Wage Type Codes.

Features

Selection

On the selection screen, you enter the basic selection criteria as required. In addition, you can make the following selections:

  • In the Grouping group box, you specify the reporting organization for which the system groups the personnel assignments and prepares the form. If your company has one or more detached subdivisions, you can generate the form as follows:
  • If you want to generate the form for the head unit and all of its detached subdivisions together, select the corresponding head unit in the Reporting Organization field and the Including All Detached Subdivisions checkbox.

  • If you want to generate the form only for one detached subdivision, select the corresponding subdivision in the Reporting Organizationfield and deselect the Including All Detached Subdivisionscheckbox.

  • On the Period tab page, you select the year and the quarter for which you want to run the report.
  • On the Form Parameters tab page, choose the name of the temporary sequential (TemSe) object in the TemSe Object field if want to read the result from a TemSe file. Select the Save Result in TemSe Filecheckbox if you want to save the results in a TemSe file.

Standard Variants

Output

The output of the report shows the data of employees either successfully, or unsuccessfully processed, and also displays the messages raised during data processing.

From this screen, you can choose one of the following options:

  • You can display the data of all employees in the form.
In this case, you can choose which table in the declaration you want to display and whether you want to display data in ALV or XML format.
  • You can download the form in XML and DBF format.

The report reads the following information from the Legal Properties(1656) infotype, and includes it in the legal form:

  • Contact details of the company
  • Communication details of the contact persons for the specified reporting organization

Activities

To access the report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Europe -> Ukraine -> Reporting -> Payroll -> Tax Calculation: Income and Taxes.
