Purpose

This report generates employee's periodical pension details for submission to the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF). The report checks for any new employee who participates in the pension fund, or any change in the data of an existing participant as compared to the previously sent data. It then generates the following electronic files:

UNJSPF_DEPENDANT_DATA Participant Dependants details
UNJSPF_CHILD_DATA Participant Children details
UNJSPF_PTIME_DATA Participant Part-time details
UNJSPF_BIS_DATA Participant Break-in-Service details

You send this record to the UNJSPF on a periodical basis. If there are any faulty records, you must manually correct them in the master data.

Integration

Prerequisites

Before you run this report, you must have maintained the following entries:

  • NPO Pension Funds (0961) infotype with the employee's pension details
  • Family Member/Dependents(21) infotype with the employee's dependent details
  • Customizing activities under Payroll Non Profit Organizations -> Payroll Master data -> Pension Fund -> UNJSPF HR Interface.

Activities

  1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, select Human Resources -> Payroll -> Non Profit Organizations -> Subsequent activities -> Report -> Utility -> UNJSPF HR Interface.
The United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund: HR Interface selection screen appears.
  1. In the Key datesection, enter the period for which you want to generate the information.
  2. In the Selection section, enter the employee selection criteria.
  3. In the Update options section:
  • Select Test only radio button to run the report without updating the intermediate tables.

  • Select Update/ download radio button to run the report live.

Note
In both the cases the report will generate the file.
  1. In the Download options section, select the path to which to download the files.
  2. To execute the report, select Program -> Execute.
The United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund: HR Interfaceoutput screen appears.
On the output screen the report displays a summary in the ALV format.
  1. Choose Show detail option on the output screen to see the record in detail.
