HUNCPFM3 - Financial Interface: Get Reports

Purpose

This report displays all the reference numbers that the system generates when you send a message using Send Message button on the output screen of UNJSPF Financial Interface(HUNCPFM0) to transmit the data to UNJSPF.

Reference number is a unique id that the system generates for each execution the financial interface report.

This report also provides you with the response from UNJSPF with the details for each employee, which includes success and error messages.

Prerequisites

You must execute UNJSPF Financial Interface(HUNCPFM0) report.

Features

Selection

Select the reference number for which you want to invoke Get Report and choose the Get Report push button. In this case, United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF) sends a response with the details of the employee records. It also verifies the data and sends the details of the records that contains errors, or sends success messages if the records have been processed successfully.

1. On SAP Easy Access menu, choose Human Resource → Payroll → Non-Profit Organization → Subsequent Activities → Reports → Compliance → UNJSPF Financial Interface: Get Reports

The UNJSPF Financial Interface: Get Reportsselection screen appears.

2. Enter the relevant selection criteria.,,

3. Select Program → Execute.

The UNJSPF Financial Interface: Get Reportsoutput screen appears.
