HUNUDS_HOME_LEAVE_UPDATE - Update Home Leave

Purposer

You use this report to update the home leave points based on the duty station category and the Rest and Recuperation scheme. The implementation date of the new home leave point system is July 1, 2016.

For duty stations classified as D and E, the home leave points will remain as 2 points if the duty station is not part of the Rest and Recuperation scheme. For duty stations classified as D and E and are part of the Rest and Recuperation scheme, the home leave points is changed to 1 point. For duty station classified as C, the home leave points are changed to 1 point , irrespective of whether it is part of the Rest and Recuperation scheme or not.

This report delimits the relevant records in the Duty Station Main Time-Dependent Information (T7UNPAD_DSIP) table and creates the new records in this table based on the values mentioned above. The new records are reflected in the view V_T7UNPAD_DS1P_R.

These points are relevant for the home leaves that an employee is eligible.

You enter the date from which the new values are applicable in the Effective from field, and execute the report to update the records. You also have the option to run the report in test mode. The system displays the details of the records which the report will update in ALV format.
