HUNUEVE0 - Entitlement Validation Engine

Purpose

This report performs the following functions:

• Validates the eligibility of an employee for the selected entitlement(s) during a selected period

• Calculates the entitlement amount

• Displays the calculation log on the output screen

Integration

Prerequisites

You must have maintained the relevant Customizing under Payroll Non-Profit Organization -> Entitlement Validation Engine.

Activities

1. On SAP Easy Access menu, choose Human Resource -> Payroll -> Non-Profit Organization -> Entitlement Validation Engine -> NPO Entitlement Validation.

The NPO Entitlement Validationselection screen appears.

1. Enter the employee selection criteria in the Selection section.
2. In the Entitlement section maintain the following:
1. The Entitlement ID or range of Entitlement IDs
2. The period for which you want to run this report
3. Select Calculation Log option if you want the system to display the EVE calculation log on the output screen.
4. Select the Merge Periods if Possible option, if you want the system to merge the results of continuous periods and display.
3. Select Program -> Execute.

The NPO Entitlement Validationoutput screen appears.

NOTE: Selection parameters "Subtype" and "Object ID" are enabled only for EDUGR (Education Grant) and BOARD (Education Grant Boarding Allowance) Entitlement IDs.
