HUNUTRANSDEL0 - Report for Resetting Transitional Allowance Fields

Purpose

If values for the Eligible for Transitional Allowance (PUN_TRANSIND) and Effective date for Transitional Allowance (PUN_TRANSDATE) fields in the NPO Additional Family Data (IT0959) infotype have already been provided using Conversion Report for Transitional Allowance (HUNUTRANS0) for a dependent child who is eligible for transitional allowance, you can use this report (HUNUTRANSDEL0) to clear the values in these fields.

Activities

1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, select Human Resources -> Payroll -> Non-Profit Organizations -> Subsequent Activities -> Reports -> Utility -> Report for Resetting Transitional Allowance Fields.

The report's selection screen appears.

1. On this screen:
1. In the Period section, select the period for which you want to run the report.
2. In the Selection section, enter the employee selection criteria. The report will update the records for these employees.
3. In the Execution Mode section, select the Test Run option if you wish to run the report in simulation mode to view the data that will be changed. To make the final changes to the records, deselect the Test Run option and execute the report.

The report output screen appears.

On this screen, the system displays a summary of the records that are changed. You also have the option to view a detailed error log, to review the errors if any.
