HVECIMP0 - ISLR retention data generation

Purpose

This report is used to extract required data on employees' income tax (ISLR).

All companies are required to inform the National Integrated Service for the Administration of Customs Duties and Taxes (SENIAT) on employees' income tax withholdings.

The report can be used to generate the required data monthly and send it to module FI via a Business Application Programming Interface (BAPI), which then updates a specific FI table where all the employees' tax data are stored.

For each company, an XML file will be created (through an FI report) with the withholdings data in accordance with the SENIAT specifications.

Integration

Given that the monthly XML format report is executed from an FI module (having first collected the data from HR), integration with the FI module is required.

Prerequisites

Only the following employees will be included in the XML file:

• Employees for whom there are payroll and tax withholdings data for the selected period.

• Employees for whom the subtype RIF Number (05) and infotype Personal ID (0185) have been selected.

Selection

This report allows more than one company to be selected for the same year and month.

If the HR and FI servers are not the same, enter the HR information destination system in the RFC field.

Standard Variants

Output

The report output shows the employee data for each company, grouped as follows:

• Processed: list of employees who have been successfully processed.

• Rejected: list of employees who for some reason could not be successfully processed.

Use the Send Employee Data button to send the employee data to the FI module. This button will only work if no employees have been rejected. Any errors with one of the employees must be corrected before sending the data to the FI module.

Activities

To call this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, select Human Resources → Payroll → America → Venezuela → Follow-up activities → Annual → Evaluation → Taxes → ISLR withholding data generation.
