ICL_INACTIVE_CLAIMS_KPI - Determination of Inactive Claims for the Generic Key Figure Monitor

Purpose

This report calculates the key figure for Inactive Claims as of the current date.

A claim is considered inactive if it has not been processed in a defined period.

Integration

Prerequisites

Use of the function Role-Based Performer is a prerequisite for this sample report. Role-based performer is used to determine who this claim is assigned to, for the purpose of evaluations.

In Customizing of Role-Based Performer, in IMG activity Configure Role Profiles, you must set the indicator Addl Disp (Additional Display in List). This is the only way in which the key figure report can determine who the claim has been assigned to.

Selection

Enter the duration and time unit for the inactivity period. Permitted time units are day (DAY) and month (MON).

For key figure calculation you must create a variant for your selection.
