Add the Production System to the Transport Domain
Purpose
The report program INST_TMS_ADD_PRD calls this report program after the Ready-to-Run installation to add the production system to the transport domain.

Activities
Reads the TMS configuration. The system must exist. The destination must exist.
Sends back the configuration. The new system (production system) must be accepted.
Distributes the domain configuration.
Defines the new system (production system) as the domain controller.
Redistributes the domain configuration.
Distributes the WBO configuration to all systems and activates it.
