SAP E-Book

Purpose

You can use this report, which can be run as a batch process only, to create lists for the Insurance Supervisory Authority in background processing.

You can also save the generated lists in the database for the output formats AG (ALV display) and SF (form).

Unlike report ISSR_OUT_ALVTREE_BATCH, you can create lists across company codes in background processing with this report.

Note

The report was especially designed for the Insurance Supervisory Authority in Germany (SR variant DE-V).

Integration

Prerequisites

Customizing Prerequisites for Saving the Lists

Features

The report generates lists according to the specified selection criteria and selected output format in a separate spool request.

If you use the function for saving lists, the system saves the lists in the database at the same time. You can then display and edit these saved lists in the ALV Grid view.

Selection

You can generate the lists in the ALV display (output format AG) or as a form (output format SF).

To save the lists in the database at the same time, choose the Save List indicator in the Result area and enter a description.

Note
  • The system then assigns the entered description to all the lists generated at runtime. In other words, the list description is identical for all the lists generated in one program run.
  • Background processing cannot be started if you have selected Save List but have not entered a description.

Standard Variants

Output

Output for Saving Lists

If you have selected Save List in the Result screen area and entered a description for the lists to be generated, the system also saves the lists in the database. You can display and edit the individual lists using the tree structure in the ALV Grid view.

Note

The system only saves lists that contain data. If a list is empty, it is not saved in the database.

If a system cannot save one of the generated lists in the database during background processing (for example, because one of the prerequisites is not fulfilled), it includes an entry in the job log. This list is then available only in the spool output. Background processing continues as standard.
