ISU_PRICE_UPLOAD - Import IS-U Prices from Excel

Purpose

You can use this report to import price data into the IS-U system using an Excel file and change existing price data in the system.

Integration

Prerequisites

An Excel file exists, which is set up as follows:

The first line contains

Fields from tables EPREI, EPREIT, EPREIH

The following fields are mandatory:

Price

Price category

Price type

Price level

Price amount

Currency

From-date

From-block

Field PRICE_TEMPLATE (optional)

You can enter a price template that exists in the IS-U system in this field. Once the Excel file has been uploaded, the system adds values from the fields in the price template to the new prices or prices to be changed.

Features

The report transfers all fields specified into the Excel fiel into the IS-U system for the price data. This also includes initial field values.

When importing the price data, you can move the start date of the most recent time slice in the IS-U system.

You can use the BAdI Definition for Price Upload (ISU_PRICE_UPLOAD_DEF), to adjust mapping of price fields between the Excel file and the IS-U system, adding fields from a price template to the price table, and displaying price data once it has been saved to meet your company's requirements.

Activities

For block prices, all the blocks for a date always have to be specified in the Excel file.

You can specify up to 5 different prices for 5 blocks in a row in the Excel file. You can therefore map the following fields in the standard system:

VONZONE_1, VONZONE_2, ..., VONZONE_5

BISZONE_1, BISZONE_2, ..., BISZONE_5

PREISBTR_1, PREISBTR_2, ..., PREISBTR_5

Example for Block Price:

The following block price exists in the system:

In the existing price, you want to add the block 0000001000 to 0000001500 with a price amount of 2.00. It is not sufficient to only enter the block to be added in the Excel file.

The Excel file must look like this:
