Title

Purpose

This report converts unnecessary database tables into structures.

Before a table is deleted from the database, the system determines whether or not it still contains data. If it does, the report displays an appropriate message and cancels the conversion of that table.

Proceed as follows:

1. Contact the user department to find out whether the data is still required. Please note that this data is only updated or evaluated by the programs you have written. The standard SAP programs do not access this data.
2. If the data contained in the table is obsolete, simply delete it.
3. Then start this report again. The report can be repeated as often as necessary. During the report runs, tables that have already been converted are ignored, as are tables that still have contents.
