Title

Create points of deliery for all the installations in the Installation table (EANL)

Activities

The system creates points of delivery based on the entries in the tables Point of delivery header data (EUIHEAD) and Allocation of installation to point of delivery (EUIINSTLN). The points of delivery are created in the deregulation role. Technical points of delivery are not created.

The points of delivery are created as follows:

  1. The installations are selected from the Installation table, sorted by premise.
  2. For each premise, the system determines 2 installations that correpond to the dual contract model. These 2 installations must meet the following criteria:
  • Both installations must have the same division.

  • Both installations must have been allocated a service type (service from the Service type table (TECDE)).

  • One of the installations must have the service type Distribution company (01).

  • The other installation must have the service type Supplier (02).

The Serv. cat field (Service category- internal fixed value for service type)) is determined from the Service type table for each service.
The system uses these criteria to determine that the installations correspond to the dual contract model.
It does not check the installation structure or the contracts that belong to the installations.
  1. If the system can determine 2 installations that meet the criteria, the system creates one point of delivery for each of them.
  2. If none of the installations meet the criteria, the system creates one point of delivery for each installation.

The points of delivery created here do not have an external number. The system allocated the PoDs an external number later using a standard transaction.
